The sky at night

A strange day. Highly productive morning, but then completely went off the rails in mid-afternoon and found out I had to do some laundry. I am pleased to say that the laundromats in Spain are excellent: clean, well-maintained and with every machine working properly. It’ll never catch on.

Slowly beginning to realize that writing an historical novel is a lot of work. I mean, I knew that already, but it isn’t just flowing. “Write what you know,” they say. And for good reason.

Dinner at La Tabla Belga again. Danny and Ingrid have me trained.
