Oh, what? Pumpkin?!

Halloween isn’t something we celebrated here, but the last years more and more festivities are organized. Nice, but in the meantime older traditions are going lost. St Maarten-singing was something on 11-11 children did over here, going from door to door with a lantern. Then you sing a song and get a reward (candy, or fruit). Not a child at the door anymore on 11-11, but yesterday the streets were packed for Halloween. Times are changing…
