one last night

Bluestem is one of those restaurants: excellent from concept to execution. Famous chef, cookbook, waiting list. Kate got a reservation and took me out for one last feast before I drive west tomorrow. We enjoyed every bite and sip. As I mentioned, Kate has been determined to show me the best of Kansas City these last couple of weeks and she did a great job. I will miss her and the Paris of the Plains very much.
