Look At My Boat!

Lol, it is not Reggie’s boat or even mine, but he looks very pleased with himself doesn’t he? I took him on a walk along the canal from Ware after he’d had his rabies jab. It was glorious as you can see… for 35 minutes. Then it most definitely wasn’t and we were absolutely drenched.

It was really lovely to go to yoga this evening after a few weeks off. Good mindful stretching and breathing.
