Revisiting

S/he was back again today.  I heard the neighbourhood warning calls and popped outside to see him/her perched on the back of the garden bench with a less than appetising looking snail snack.  I wonder if there's some thrush nesting going on nearby?

Weather-wise today it's been grey, grey, grey and not too warm either :(   Sooooo unlike the usual spring time weather we get - not sure if it's just an anomaly this year or whether changes to local weather conditions are accelerating.  One thing's for sure though, having had the chimney swept yesterday I won't be lighting another fire until well into at least April, maybe even May so if we do get any more cold spells it'll be extra jumpers and plenty of movement.
