Island of Doom

Working at home today, so we went to pick up Léo from his dog minder. I think that he was pleased to see us.
I then took Léo out for a walk whilst Liz went out to lunch with some friends. Didn't quite feel ready for a run, maybe tomorrow. But off to yoga class now.
