Cherry Leaf

An emergency blip, the only photo I took today.

The builders came back this morning, 90 minutes delayed, but with a team of not three (like yesterday) but five men, including the company’s boss. Apparently, assembling the electric roller shutters for our new roof windows was a very complicated job, and needed many hands. They all worked in one room, and I don’t know how efficient the process really was, but they all looked and sounded quite busy for another six hours, and finished the task just before I had to leave for (unusually late) work in the sound studio this afternoon.

So, another long and rather stressful day. But at least we’ve finally got the new windows and shutters - they were ordered eleven months ago, and long awaited.

And we’ve got our internet connection back after barely 24 hours of repair time. Yay for being connected to the world again!
