Art Therapy

Took part in my first zoom art session this morning, run by the hospice for carers. Turns out it was only me and the teacher, which suited me down to the ground. The bowl will later be glazed and fired to bring out the colours. It was good to take some time out for myself. Then this afternoon it was back to the arrangements...
