Apple blossom

After taking a photo of Saturn and her rings from about 900 million miles away yesterday, I thought I'd put something a little closer to the lens today...

No rain for weeks now, so I am out watering the garden each morning (before a hose-pipe ban starts!).

This apple blossom is almost ready to open...
