It's A Steel

I cruised by the old Bethlehem Steel factory today because it was grand opening for the new Sands Casino and I wanted to see what all the hub-bub was about. I hadn't driven by in about two years and was surprised at where the casino actually is on the property and how they incorporated some of the original equipment. The old crane that used to lift the ore off the rail road cars (I think) is intact and has a giant SANDS sign on it. I think they could have made the sign a wee bit smaller.

Behind the and to the left of the casino are the blast furnaces which is what is pictured here. I messed with the color and exposure to give it a hot dirty industrial type of look. I had some sun glare which I thought was going to be a show stopper but I kinda like how it looks.
