I baked some cookies in the afternoon.  Halfway through the process I remembered I really don't enjoy baking, all that measuring and mess.  I nearly quit and put the stuff in the fridge and walked away.  But I saw it through.  I think I must be in a minority - I like the results! - but the doing part, pffft.  Anyway, the raisin pecan oatmeal cookies turned out great despite my ambivalence.
