Bohuntin Hill

I feel like we (both Mrs SJR and I) have been wading in treacle for a fortnight, a horrid cold then covid booster jags which reduce horsepower.

It was quite a drizzly afternoon but I, well Caley really, fancied Bohuntin Hill. Caley didn't share my lethargy and I'm pleased we made it. It was cool and blustery on the top and I had to change out of my lightweight jogging trousers into my waterproof leggings in the shelter of the cairn. I immediately felt warm after that. The watery sun was constantly coming and going in the western sky and Caley was having great fun running about with the stick he'd found.
We have been here dozens of times over the years and never looks the same twice, Extra, very similar.
