Herstmonceux

Out and about in the morning included a trip to the excellent coffee shop in Herstmonceux and then a drive to Bodle Street Green for the arts and crafts fair. R bought a silver ring and a cookbook by the guy that invented Banoffee pie, Ian Dowding, who apparently lives locally. Used to eat at the restaurant where he was head chef The Hungry Monk, though it closed many years ago.
