Waves

To the right of this photo is the estuary of the River Derwent where the water was certainly calmer, but still grey.  If you wanted to you could walk to the end of these rocks and inspect the navigation aid.  Not today though.  The difference between today and yesterday is the wind, as you can see is whipping up the waves.  The sky was that colour.  It has rained through the night and most of this morning.  Rivers are higher than usual and are a brown colour.  Another day in West Cumbria like the ones we have been having lately.  Will it be the same tomorrow?
