Achy breaky feet!

The last few days have been exhausting, but filled with lots of great training and exercise!

I bought this foot gel after having it used on me during my full body massage and, I've got to say, it was the best £15 I've spent on a poncy body cream!

...the name AAAHHH! being the operative title and now my feet are feeling great :-)
