Up and Down

Brown creeper going up; White-breasted nuthatch going down.

I glanced out the window and saw a silhouette of a little bird working his way up the maple tree and immediately grabbed my camera. I don't see brown creepers all that often, although I expect they're there much more often than I notice them. I see the white-breasted nuthatches all the time. So when one appeared right as I was photographing the creeper, I took the opportunity to put them side by side.
