Lacock Abbey

Returning home today after our time away in the 'new' motorhome. As we had taken everything down in the car, I had the pleasure of driving it home leaving John to drive the motorhome.  It was quite a long journey, over four hours, so I took a break and visited Lacock Abbey. I have been there in the past and it's the sort of place best seen in good weather to allow for exploring the gardens.  Today (mixed weather) the house was not open so I looked at the cloister area and the interesting exhibition on Fox Talbot.
