The Squatter……

Myrtle has taken over Bryan the Birman’s Cat Carrier. She sleeps in it every night. Bryan is unconcerned. He has taken over Marigold’s favourite bed on top of a chest-of-drawers beside a window. Marigold sleeps on my bed these days.
Maisie went to the Vet this morning. The yeast problem in her ears has returned with a vengeance. So she’s on medication. So Duncan arrived here from the Nelson region this evening. . He’s had a busy few days away.
