Belmont Street Bridge

After a few spots of rain first thing the weather cleared up and it was a beautiful sunny morning for a walk along the River Kelvin from the Botanic Gardens to Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum then back.
Nice to see  a heron, a dipper, and some merganser along the way. Also nice to have a wee wander round the galleries although I do know the exhibits pretty well. There is a new exhibition opening on 18 November, The Love of Print: 50 Years of Glasgow Print Studio, so I will hopefully be heading back soon to see that.
My blip is of Belmont Street Bridge built in 1870, one of numerous bridges across the River Kelvin with the tower of Kelvinbridge Parish Church behind.
