The Edge of the Wold

Red sky at night

It wasn't a magnificent sunset by Arnside standards, but it was a spectacular end to a fine day. It's been a long day, I was up at 0530 to get Gus walked and then into work for 0800 to make sure I was well prepared for the web presentation that I was giving.

This evening we spent some time at the allotment, trying to reclaim it from the buttercups and docks that have engulfed it since last year. Then a quick trip to the coast to watch the sun go down, and for Gus to have his last run of the day on the shore and in the rabbit field.

Tomorrow we are told the foul weather returns. We have to make the most of the good weather while it lasts.

Today was the occasion of Molly's last blip two years ago.
