Sunset

on a long and crazy day when I worked from home for a little while, then went and collected post from another place, and went to the office in stupidly heavy traffic and roadworks.

Came home around 4pm and worked until just after 6, not having had a proper lunch break.

Early night tonight that's for sure, I'm hurting in places I haven''t felt for ages especially in my knees and back  :(

Really need to find a Chiropractor here but don't know how to find a reliable one with the proper qualifications...
