Warning: Rant alert Part II

A few days ago our Broadband stopped working following a VirginMedia upgrade

Now the landline has followed suit. Just when we need good communications (long story)

20 minutes of music was followed by an agent saying
“All our services are down, please phone back tomorrow “
“Are the services being repaired?”
“Yes!”
“SO WHY SHOULD I PHONE BACK TOMORROW IF THEY ARE BEING FIXED?”

And breathe…..
