Lest We Forget

When I went over to the Poppy Stall to buy a poppy, I discovered the poppy seller was an old friend of hiking days.  Betty was on duty all day, and had a happy smile for everyone.  She will be 90 years old in December, and looks great.

In the afternoon we visited Bob's sister.,   Rhona and Magnus arrived after school too.  Took her some apple crumble from the lot I made yesterday......

Was in M&S shopping at 11am...
Everyone and everything stopped for the 2 minutes silence
