Sunset in Villeneuve

Probably the most beautiful sunset I have seen on Lake Geneva. The timing was perfect as I was down in Villeneuve to pick up my son.

Early I’d been to a bird hide at Les Grangettes. As I arrived a Kingfisher was perched on a branch. He promptly dived into the water and brought back a fish, which he eventually managed to swallow after a lot of maneuvering. There were also two snipe on the water’s edge.
