Call Off Your Dogs

I was having a coffee in Katoomba and looked up to see some dog action.
It might not be immediately obvious, but each of these people is holding a dog on a lead.
They were seemingly enjoying a chat, but it was clear to me that all their attention was focussed on their respective dogs.
