Pretty autumn woodland

This morning I went for a walk with a couple of friends doing a circular walk from Spofforth through to Follyfoot and back. It was very misty and despite the forecasters suggesting it would burn off by 11 am it wasn't to be. Still very enjoyable and it didn't rain. We were able to finish off with a visit to the the Castle Inn. I didn't stay for a meal as I am eating out tomorrow but the menu looked very inviting so will make a point of visiting for a meal at a later date.
