Courtyard dining

I felt a whole lot better today, though felt it wise to avoid large meals. Fortunately, we came across the perfect place for a quick lunchtime bite. It's Pacomari restaurant on Gloria Street. It was the courtyard that grabbed our attention and it proved the perfect place for a leisurely bite.

Further up the same street, where it meets Calle Pintada, we found a tiny streetside café with a delightful young waitress who treated us right royally. After the obligatory siesta we wound out the day back on Gloria, this time for the best meal of the entire trip. Gloria Bendita is a really great tapas restaurant with delightful staff and an equally delightful and inventive menu. Our waiter asked if we were from Ireland and regaled us with photos from Galway, which he'd been to and had fallen in love with.

All in all, another great day in Nerja.
