Bricks & mortar & pestle

Nipped up the high street at lunchtime to pick something up at the chemist. I've always liked the shop's old-timey mortar and pestle sign. 

I was a bit surprised that the day wasn't as warm as it looked. But then, I thought, what did I expect in the middle of November?
