EB

An EB today, I’ve been in all day resting my knee and I’m pleased to say it seems to be improving with the ice treatment and Voltarol. My friend Pauline came round for lunch but other than that I’ve been sat reading and watching rubbish on the tv! So here is my view, my lovely heated blanket, and the table with the essentials.
