Working

This is the only photo I took today or, should I say, my phone camera took today! Still not quite sure how it happened.

I was sitting in a car park writing notes/ reading a newish book on unconditional positive regard (for parents) and wondering how fast I could talk (or how much info I could squeeze in) without it feeling like I was racing too much.

The post it note looks so stark in colour against the limiting light of the afternoon. Feels like it’s dark at before 4.
