Surprise Cranes

I woke up to snow - huge, fat flakes falling. But it's still too warm for snow and it didn't really last.  I do like watching snow falling though.

The snow is responsible for tonight's dinner.  Chicken Soup with lentils, carrots, onions, potatoes and a little curry twist to add a bit more warmth.

It's a day for snuggly things and staying cosy.

The cranes were spotted on the way to the supermarket to get the ingredients for the soup. A nice surprise.
