Saturday off

This morning I drank my coffee whilst watching Jays in the garden out of the window, maybe my favourite birds. I think they’ve been foraging beech nuts. Cannon had a job to do in the village so I packed a picnic for S and I we went with him and took her bike. We stopped into mum’s to eat our picnic because it was a bit too cold and windy. S rode home and I walked with Jess. This evening we watched The Snowman in front of the fire.
