The river Wye

Having packed my bike into the car the night before I woke up to find the car covered in ice, the doors just about opened with a good pull. After a lengthy ice scrape I enjoyed a beautifully sunny but chilly ParkRun (21:30 for 11th place) before my journey to Wales.
No hold ups and a very pleasant drive.
The main photo is of the river Wye which is just over the road from where I am stopping, Rhayader is the first town that this famous river passes through after its source.
The extra is a quick blip taken during my warm up before ParkRun.
