Only three

As Mallards lay 10 to 13 eggs and this one only has three chicks either she's very unlucky or the galls have got to them?
She was taking them up stream into the current which due to the 60 mm of rain we've had it was flowing quite well so they were working hard.

I took Kasper out between showers but we did the last third of our walk on the edge of a shower.

This weekend was Richmonds A & P Show, Agricultural and Pastoral Show, which I was going to attend looking for a Blip but it has been a pretty wet weekend and not suitable for traipsing around a muddy show ground.
