Yes!

I did do more than descale the kettle, but not much.

Although I was woken up by some fantastic news from my friend who lives in Sydney a tiny town 900km from Sydney in a fantastic house overlooking the river (the one who was over in the summer). Her partner proposed. And she said yes! 

I've told her I'm already looking at flights.
