Second Sunny day in May :)

I woke up with a horrible swollen face today (allergies) so after bathing your eye, putting drops in for you and taking an anti histamine myself we both went back to bed until 11am! Woke up a little less swollen and feeling a bit better :)

Nana Gill came over to see us both at 1pm after your lunch. She brought me a box of maltesers and a lovely bunch of Tulips :) You had a nice play with us both and Nana entertained you while I ate my lunch.

Got the pram out again and added the parasol as it was sunnier than yesterday! Yay! I took a bag of wet washing and put it in the bottom of the pram to take over to Nana Sues house as she has a long washing line and we are down to one half of one due to the extension being built! Auntie Joanne and Joseph were there when we arrived so we had a little chat in the sun before they had to leave for Auntie Joanne to do some tutoring at her house.

I walked you down to Tynant pharmacy to pick up some more Calpol for you and Piriton for me. You kicked the bar of the pram up and down before resting your feet on top of it. You fell asleep and looked so comfortable I walked you right around Beddau to let you sleep. I went through Yorkdale playing fields and came out in Clos Myddlyn...didn't know we were going to! You woke up just as we got back to the house.

You were a bit grumpy when we got back and didn't want to eat or be put down! So I put you in the carrier so I could hoover the floor and do a few jobs before Daddy got home from Milton Keynes. He rang to say Ben was on his way to carry on with the extension and that Nana Gill and Grampi Ray had been sent to get some lead sealant for the roof. You were still in the carrier when they arrived so we had a quick chat at the door and you waved them goodbye :)

We had a play with some of your toys downstairs, did eyes, calpol, vitamins, teeth etc before getting ready for bed. You were still awake when Daddy came home so he managed to see you before you went to sleep.

I went to see Charlie while Daddy chatted to Ben and you were sleeping upstairs.

When I came home you were awake, wrapped in a towel and there was blood on your bed and all over Daddys T-shirt! What had happened while I was gone?! I had only been gone an hour! Daddy said he could hear you crying from your room so went up to get you. He said you were very grumpy so he took you down to have a nose at the building work. Still grumpy. Changed your nappy. You managed to wee while naked on the changing mat! Showered you off. Still upset. Noticed blood on his T-shirt and then spotted it in your bed. By this point I had come home and I could see you had cut your middle finger. How we do not know as you went to bed intact! Daddy went to get a plaster for it. You weren't happy with that and had a disturbed nights sleep :(
