Chicken Monrovia

Today the Daily Mail ran an article that said people who photograph and post pictures of their food have some or other mental disorder.

Rubbish.

People who post pictures of food are probably
1) Showcasing things they have cooked themselves and are very proud of
or
2) Are out somewhere and have ordered something that is so good it begs to be shared pictorially
or
3) Realise what amazing photos food makes

So all you food blippers carry on, I LOVE to see what you are eating!

Oh and Daily Mail you inspired me to blip my dinner tonight. It's a go at a light version of Chicken Milanese, oil sprayed and baked in the oven. It was OK, but there is a reason it is usually fried, and I'd say the fried version is worth the calories. This was attempt 1 at the dish, nice but not satisfying. Coming soon to a blip near you will be a new and improved one!
