On The Buses

Seems there’s a push to get older folk to use the Senior Bus Pass and public transport in West Yorkshire - where I live - think first bus missed a trick by not mentioning that a Senior Bus Pass also enables free public transport throughout England - not just West Yorkshire - other bus companies are available

Don’t have a car - rely on buses to travel and stay with family in York - organise walks for the Bus Pass Walkers - arrive at Community Choir Practise and gigs -and on holiday - does require planning and time - of which I’ve plenty - well worth it - sometimes the buses run late - or don’t turn up - but so do trains and planes - memories have been made on bus trips - will be hard to surpass the one of a man showing me his succulents on a journey back from Skipton - I like going on the buses
