Centenary Stone

We walked along Derwentwater as far as the 'Centenary Stone'. This has been blipped dozens of times

Got back to the cottage in time for the football

Here's a description from Google:

The 'Hundred Year Stone' is a sculpture by Peter Randall-Page located on the shore of Derwent Water between Calf Close Bay and Broomhill Point. It was made in 1995 to celebrate the Centenary of the National Trust. The scupture is made from a glacial boulder (andesite) from Borrowdale.
