Christmas festivity

Today I accompanied Mum to her Church Guild Christmas lunch. Although the guild itself has been disbanded ( changing times and social patterns) an effort is being made to still have a meal spring and Christmas time and a midsummer afternoon tea as many of the members are very elderly and their social lives have been curtailed by Covid and health.
It was fun and a very pleasant meal at a local golf club :)
