I went for a lovely hot stones massage this morning with Lucy who owns the The Hidden Sanctuary at Carmont House , Dumfries.
The view from her window is a delight , looking out to Criffel.
I went to Mums church to see one of the ministers , Eoghan , with a thank you card. We had a nice chat.
