Bureaucracy

I had heard that Belgium was full of bureaucrats and red tape but this is ridiculous!

We are enjoying a beautiful bank holiday here, which is just about to be spoilt by me heading up into the attic to paint it!

Oh well, it will be worth it in the end as when the children have friends over for sleepovers they will be that much further away from our bedroom and hopefully not disturb my much needed beauty sleep as much!
