Liquid Gold

Today there was rain in the forecast. We were in the field until 1:30pm when it started to rain. We packed up and got ready to go to the mill for a 3pm appointment. We had about 2200 kilos of olives (75 sacks ) and produced just under 500 kilos of oil. We still didn’t finish the first field (which is the largest) and there are another 3.  Looks like rain all day today, may be a day off…
