Spent the morning waiting for a Kelly's engineer (subcontractor to Openreach) to turn up at The Soup Kitchen, Rochdale.

Appointment was 8am till 1pm.

No show.

Got a call at 3.30...I'm at Campness Hall (Champness)

Oh great, well it was an AM appointment and it's shut now. Where were you?
