The Rose that keeps on giving!

This rose just goes on looking beautiful. It's been in full bloom for over a week in some nasty weather. But it still looks beautiful.

We were going to have a late lunch in Cambridge today leaving home at about 2.00pm. At 1.00pm the sun was shining, gone was the morning's heavy showers. How good it would be to walk through Cambridge in the sun. By 1.45pm the sky was heavy and grey. Down came the rain and out the window went our lunch plans. We will try again next week!
