At the water's edge

I didn't feel very well during the night but had to go into Perpignan for a car service. I gave the museum I had intended to visit a miss and just went down to the lake to have my soup and sandwiches. Oh my return, I took a Covid test and it registered positive. That is me banged up for the next few days! I only had the booster jab three weeks ago. I hope that this means my symptoms will not be too severe. It seems like half a dozen friends are in the same boat, all having attended the funeral on Monday. It was obviously a super spreader event.
