Flower Friday - Little Hats or Little Bells?

I’ve never known what this tree is so I’ve always called it the Little Hat tree because of its flowers but they kind of look like little bells too ; ).  
Whatever it is its covered in these lovely flowers, the bees are wild for it and it looks fabulous, what more could you ask for!! : )

Thank goodness its Friday night aaaaahhhhhh!!!
