The Way through the Woods

Piper's Wood is not far from Hanbury in Worcestershire .  It contains some beautiful beech trees.  Colours were good today.  After visiting Dad in the home we stopped at the woods to see how they were looking.  We were very lucky with the light.

We called in at the Jinney Ring Craft Centre to see if we could book a table in the tea room for a small gathering for a very important person's ninetieth birthday celebration.  We can't book but they assured us there would be a table available.  All the food looked delicious.

My face is not hurting quite as much today but energy levels are very low.  We have done enough for today so I shall do some reading and a little sewing to finish off my fleecy tunic
