French Narrow Gauge

There are not many steam railways in France, compared with the UK, and we were fortunate to be about 45 minutes drive from Bligny-sur-Ouche, Côte d'Or, France, where we found the Chemin de Fer de la Vallée de l'Ouche. It's a narrow gauge line that runs for about 7.5km to Pont d'Ouche - so a 15 km round trip. The trains only run on Sundays and Public Holidays. Today was Ascension Day and a public holiday in France. After our round trip we went into the town to look round the flea market.
