Garbage

Spotted this rubbish bin which has now been reported to the police. 

I'm not sure if the legs and the torso belong to the same person, so we could be talking about 2 bodies here.  And where is the head or heads?

Where is the best place to hide a dead body?  On page 2 of the Google search results!
